Good location, not in the centre of the town but a lovely 15min stroll along the picturesque river brings you to the centre. Welcoming reception staff. Good size comfortable room, bathroom and balcony. We had a problem in the restaurant with a member of staff but this was resolved exceptionally the following morning by a female member of staff from the restaurant. We didn't use the pool area as lake Garda is just so beautiful so cannot comment on that area. Would return again :)

Hotel Rivus may be a three-star hotel, but it delivers a five-star experience in every way that matters. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that attention to detail is a top priority here. The thoughtful gestures stood out the most: a care package for our dog, which truly made us feel welcome, and a delightful Panettone gift waiting in our room. These little touches went above and beyond our expectations. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a kettle and fridge that added convenience to our stay. Its location is a major highlight, being very central to Lazise, Gardaland, and Peschiera, making it perfect for exploring the area. Breakfast was a revelation—fresh, varied, and truly exceptional, even outshining some of the five-star hotels I've stayed in. This stay reminded me that star ratings aren’t everything. It’s about the care, thoughtfulness, and those extra details that make your stay memorable. Hotel Rivus gets this just right. Highly recommended!

Vaulted ceilings kept the room cool even with temps above 35! Large balcony, nice refrigerator, large buffet breakfast and excellent employees at reception.

The staff were extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. They were all extremely accommodating and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for me. They also allowed me to store my bags with them while I was waiting to leave and called a taxi for me. The hotel was a 15/20 minute walk from the town, however it was a beautiful walk along the water that allowed us to experience the wildlife and sunshine.

Breakfast was superb, rooms spacious and staff are very nice and helpful! Cleanliness so so but overall it was worth.

Ideal location for where we were working in Gardaland, clean, tidy and quiet apart from the road noise, breakfast and staff were great

loved the walk into town along the river -perfect & the views across the river the staff were really helpful & went out of there way to help us in all situations the food in the restaurant was really good & they made fresh gluten free pasta for us

Very nice hotel, very good breakfast with a lot of variety. Reception staff very friendly. The room is excellent, clean, of course. Great bathroom. Everything very clean. There is a noise coming from the road even with everything closed, but it didn't disturb our sleep.
